Ok, so i've been doing the penis exercises for a few weeks now, they're pretty easy to do and only take me about 10 minutes each night before I go to bed.
Heres one you can try, its from the
penishealth stretching program. Its a good way to get a big penis.
The Long Schlong
Hold the head of your penis in your hand. Slow stretch it out straight forward, applying pressure for 10 - 15 seconds. If performed right you will feel the stretch at the base of your penis. Do this 4 or 5 times. After, relax your penis and massage to restore the circulation. This method can also be performed up and down.
Now, take your penis firmly in your hand and pull the penis to the right. Pull it to the right until you can feel a pressure on the left side of your penis. Hold it for 10-15 seconds. Repeat the exercise 4-5 times. Afterwards, massage the head to restore circulation. After you have completed this, repeat the exercise only this time pulling to the left not the right.
Now, we perform the same stretching exercise but to the side. Hold your penis firmly in your hand and pull the penis to the right. Hold it for 10 - 15 seconds. Repeat this 4 or 5 times. Then massage your penis to restore circulation. Afterwards, repeat the exact same exercise but pulling to the left instead.
The Long Schlong penis stretching exercise in summary
1. As per usual, warm up thoroughly
2. Grasp the tip of your penis below the head
3. Pull it out in front of you and hold for 15 seconds
4. Repeat for the desired number of reps
5. Relax and gently massage the head of the penis
6. Stretch penis to right and hold for 15 seconds
7. Relax and gently massage the head of the penis
8. Stretch penis to left and hold for 15 seconds
9. Always repeat for the desired number of reps
